The practices, techniques, and spaces I create change and evolve with me, but there is one gift I always give to everyone I serve, no matter what I am doing. I truly care about people, and I’m passionate about creating containers where weary hearts feel loved back to life. I was born with “big sister” energy, and the heart of a mother bear.
The Quechua phrase Hatun Sonqo means “with great heart”, and this is a mantra that I abide by in all of the creation of my art and service to the world. It’s an ethos I hope to inspire in the spirit of everyone I work with.

Fit For Service
Fit For Service is a world-class transformational event program that supports healing through community and direct experience. Founded by Aubrey Marcus, with the support of myself, Erick Godsey, Kyle Kingsbury, and Vylana, we are in our 6th year of working with individuals to help them discover their path of purpose and return to a sense of wholeness and personal empowerment.
Our mission is to awaken our fellow human beings to the joys of being of service to the world, while discovering the keys to their own unique healing and fulfillment. Join us for online classes or in-person connection at one of our breathtaking retreat destinations.

The League of Queens is a realm of remembrance and sisterhood, designed to call forward the archetypal queen in every woman to take her seat on the throne in her psyche and reclaim herself entirely, with dignity and celebration.
Our community of live events and online programs is a pathway for all women to rediscover the full majesty of their souls, through empowering ritual activations that heal shame with sacred audacity and dissolve the limitations of fear with play.
